Ingredients

1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Cashew Milk (or milk of your choice)
1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate (or vanilla protein powder of your choice)
2 oz Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
3 oz Frozen Blueberries
2 oz Frozen Spinach (or frozen kale)
1.5 tbs Cashew Butter (or nut butter of your choice)
