Slow Cooker Beef & Cabbage Soup

Ingredients

1 lb 90/10 Grass-Fed Ground Beef
64 oz Tomato Juice
2 16 oz Cans Whole Peeled Tomatoes (with Juice)
1 14 oz Can Low Sodium Beef Broth
1 Packet Onion Soup Mix
7 oz Chopped Carrots
1.5 cups Diced White Onion
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 can Green Beans (drained)
1/2 Head Chopped Green Cabbage

Total Time - 4 1/4 hours

Prep Time: 15 min
Cook Time: 4 hours

Directions

1). Wash & chop veggies.
2). Brown ground beef in a pan.
3). Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
4). Slow cook on high for 4 hours.
5). Serve up about three cups per person to enjoy slowly and mindfully until 80% full.
